Job Description
Job Function:
To support and assist with the delivery of payroll services to international clients of HLB.
Responsibilities:
- Providing expert payroll administration services, including day-to-day payroll support;
- Administering the compilation and computing of statistical and other payroll data, and ensuring their accuracy and completeness in payroll systems;
- Supporting documentation to ensure the accuracy;
- Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deductions.
- Handle, review and manage the overall payroll process and ensure efficient and accurate delivery of payroll services;
- Maintain payrolls to ensure adherence to new legislative and tax changes;
- Calculate and prepare payroll-related tasks, including personal income tax, social security fund, provident fund, insurance etc;
- Report to Payroll Manager about payroll related issues;
- Ad hoc assignments;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field;
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and payroll processing field;
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Personnel Income Tax and other Thai Tax regulations;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deal sensitively with confidential information;
- Good command of English & computer literacy;
- Very good personality with communication and coordination skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and time management.
