HLB, Official Supervisor, at the Grand Final of the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards

Bangkok, Thailand - HLB International and HLB Thailand were pleased to support the Grand Final of the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, held in Bangkok, marking two decades of recognising excellence across Asia Pacific’s real estate sector.

HLB is the Official Supervisor of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s largest and most respected real estate awards programme, covering more than 13 property markets across Asia and Australia.

As part of the Grand Final ceremony, Paul Ashburn, Co-Managing Partner of HLB Thailand and a senior member of the HLB International Real Estate Group, presented a number of Best in Asia awards, recognising developers and developments that demonstrate excellence in scale, innovation, and long-term value creation across the region.

The awards presented included:

• Best Mega Township Development (Asia) – BSD City by Sinar Mas Land, Indonesia

• Best Luxury Mega Township Development (Asia) – Reignwood Park by Reignwood Group, Thailand

• Best Breakthrough Developer (Asia) – Faire Development, Malaysia

• Best Lifestyle Developer (Asia) – Home Lands Group of Companies, Sri Lanka

• Best International Partner Developer (Asia) – Nomura Real Estate Vietnam, Vietnam

With offices in over 30 countries throughout Asia Pacific, HLB supervises the judging process across the Awards’ participating markets. The continued success of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards is underpinned by the independence, transparency, and rigour of the judging framework, which is overseen by HLB International.
