HLB returns as Official Supervisor of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2023

BANGKOK — PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s most exclusive and prestigious real estate awards programme, are pleased to welcome back HLB, the global network of independent advisory and accounting firms, as the Official Supervisor for the 2023 awards programme.

Through this partnership, HLB will help strengthen the 18-year-old awards programme’s reputation as the ‘Gold Standard’ in real estate in the Asia Pacific region, boosted by the auditing firm’s global presence and expertise in the international property market.

18th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards programme opens

With rising optimism in Thailands’ real estate market, the 18th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, presented by Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand), will be held as a black-tie gala dinner and ceremony at The Crystal Hall of The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok on Friday,  17 November 2023.

The 2023 edition of the Awards in Thailand is being ushered in by the economic resurgence of the country. Among the positive signs of recovery, the revival of the tourism sector, partly attributed to China's reopening, stands out. DDproperty.com, the official portal partner of the Awards, suggests that this recovery is a promising indicator for the real estate market's rebound from its decline in 2023.

Phuket, along with other attractive locations nationwide, has emerged as a destination of choice for international homebuyers seeking a refuge from the conflicts in Europe. This insight is drawn from research featured in PropertyGuru's Property Report, the official magazine of the Awards. Furthermore, Koh Pha Ngan has witnessed an influx of homebuyers interested in working holidays, contributing to a surge in luxury property development on the island.

Eligible entries are rigorously selected by the independent panel of judges, comprising experts in diverse fields such as real estate consultancy, architecture and interior design, and sustainable development.
