HLB, Official Supervisor, at the Grand Final of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards

HLB Thailand was delighted to welcome HLB delegates from Asia Pacific to the Grand Final of the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, held at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok n 9 December, 2022. 

HLB is the Official Supervisor of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s largest and most respected real estate awards programme.  

With offices in over 30 countries around Asia Pacific, HLB supervises the judging of the awards in over 13 markets around Asia and Australia. A large part of the Awards’ success is due to the focus and attention that is placed on the credibility of the judging process.   

Acting as the Official Supervisor provides HLB with unique insights into the new developments and trends in the region’s real estate industry. This year we have witnessed again the resilience of the real estate markets, in response to the pandemic, supply chain issues, rising interest rates and now threats of recession.
