HLB reinforce social aspirations through its new CSR strategy

31 May 2022

LONDON – HLB, the global advisory and accounting network, launches its new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in response to the changing priorities of its stakeholders. It recognises that areas such as diversity and inclusion, the environment and community engagement are now more important than ever. Businesses have started adapting their strategy, business models and ways of working not only to meet stakeholders’ expectations, but also greater societal demands.

HLB’s CSR strategy looks beyond company profits and focuses on benefiting the greater good for all. It is aligned with and is a new component of the HLB’s business strategy Shaping our Shared Future.  This CSR strategy will enable HLB to power an inclusive, sustainable future for all its people and ecosystem by focusing on three strategic pillars:

  • Diversity and inclusion- championing equity and equality in the profession and providing the best opportunities for its people.
  • The environment – working with stakeholders to understand, track and quantify environmental impact.
  • Communities – effectively giving back to the global communities in which HLB operates.

Marco Donzelli, Global CEO HLB, said:

“HLB’s global reach presents a truly great opportunity to make a difference. Through the strategic objectives of our new CSR strategy, we can ensure that we have a positive impact on the communities we serve and operate in. We will also continue to have a voice on, and constructively contribute to addressing some of the most pressing issues around the world.”
