BANGKOK — 20 Years of Celebrating Excellence in Thai Real Estate at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2025

For two decades, the Property Guru Thailand Property Awards has stood as the country’s most respected platform for celebrating the finest in real estate development, design, and innovation. This year’s 20th anniversary edition, held on 12 September 2025 at Dusit Thani Bangkok, was not just an awards night — it was a landmark celebration of Thailand’s enduring journey of growth, creativity, and excellence in property development.

HLB Thailand is honoured to have been entrusted once again as the Official Supervisor, ensuring the fairness, transparency, and credibility of the judging process that has been the cornerstone of the Awards’ reputation over the years.

The evening brought together the nation’s most visionary developers, architects, and industry leaders to celebrate achievements spanning 40 award categories. This year, 26 development companies and design practices were recognised for excellence, from luxury townships and innovative condominiums to waterfront landmarks and pet-friendly urban living.

Among the highlights, HLB Thailand’s Co-Managing Partner, Paul Ashburn, had the honour of presenting four of the night’s most prestigious awards:

• Best Condo Development (Thailand) – Aestiq Thonglor by Real Asset Development Co., Ltd.

• Best Luxury Mega Township Development – Reignwood Park by Reignwood Group

• Best Waterfront Condo Development – Chapter Charoenkrung Riverside by Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited

• Best Pet Friendly Condo Development (Bangkok) – Origin Plug & Play E22 Station by Origin Vertical Co., Ltd.

Paul’s presence on stage added a personal touch to the celebration, recognising the developers who continue to set benchmarks of excellence in Thailand’s real estate industry.

Honouring Leadership & Vision

Special awards celebrated leaders whose influence inspires the sector:

• Real Estate Personality of the Year – Chadatip Chutrakul, CEO of Siam Piwat Group

• Life Achievement Award – Kamala Sukosol, President of Siam Hotels & Resorts

• Rising Star Award – Supachoke Panchasarp, CEO of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited

The People’s Choice Awards gave the public a voice, recognising 10 of Thailand’s most admired developers, including Areeya Property, AssetWise, Central Pattana Residence, Frasers Property Thailand, LPN Development, Land and Houses, Major Development, Pruksa Real Estate, Sansiri, and SC Asset.

As Official Supervisor, HLB Thailand ensured every aspect of the judging process met the highest standards — from reviewing entries and attending judges’ meetings to site inspections and final approvals. HLB’s oversight extends across 15+ markets in the Asia Property Awards series, safeguarding the Awards’ legacy as the gold standard of credibility in real estate recognition.
