  • Work with professional audit team and directly interact with clients. Perform audit fieldwork for clients in various industries such as manufacturing, services, trading, and others;
  • Apply appropriate accounting principles and auditing standards to reach and support conclusions related to assigned areas;
  • Review client practices within an assigned area of responsibility and refer possible problems and solutions to team leader quickly;
  • Keeping managers and other team members informed, on an ongoing basis of progress and significant issues;
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve own performance/approach to work and client service delivery;
  • Develop understanding of service offerings within and across lines of service to identify opportunities to meet client needs;
  • Any other task reasonably assigned to the staff member and within their skill set.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in accounting;
  • Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with an audit firm;
  • Proactive in improving technical and analytical skills through training;
  • Good command of English and Thai;
  • Team player, with the ability to multi-task, as well as flexible and can work under pressure;
  • Socially confident with good organization skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Shadowing senior members as they perform their duties;
  • Assisting with data entry, record keeping and maintaining accurate and complete financial and tax records;
  • Support on payroll preparation, reconciliation of accounts, and adjustment of journal entries, bank reconciliations and preparation of reports on a quarterly or annual basis;
  • Support in preparing tax returns and financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices and other documents;
  • Learn to work with cloud-based accounting software Xero;
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity;
  • Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting principles.

Qualifications:

  • Working towards a Bachelor degree in accounting and must be a 3rd or 4th year student;
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibility;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Good interpersonal skill, time management and multi-tasks handling;
  • Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges.
